Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Victoria, who are over 18, and hold a Victorian Drivers licence.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must post on Facebook or Instagram a description of 100 words or less explaining why they are the toughest in Ballarat, tag @BallaratBT50 on Instagram or Ballarat BT-50 on Facebook.

Entries open August 15^th, and close September 23^rd.

Prize
The winner will receive:

Mazda BT-50 Usage:
6 months’ use of a Mazda BT-50, including Registration & insurance.

ARB Accessories:
Mazda BT-50 will be fitted with approximately $10,000 worth of ARB accessories.

Caravan Rental:
A one-week caravan rental from Southern Design RV, which must be used during the 6 month period.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected based entirely at the discretion of Ballarat Mazda.
The winner will be announced on September 30^th via facebook & Instagram.

Notification
The winner will be contacted through the social media platform they used to enter.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, Ballarat Mazda reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Additional Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner is responsible for fuel, tolls, and any other expenses associated with the use of the Mazda BT-50.
Insurance excess applies.
Winner must not exceed 10,000kms in the BT-50
The winner must adhere to all relevant Victoria and Australian road laws during the vehicle usage.
BT-50 prize can be retracted should Ballarat Mazda decide it is not being used safely, lawfully, or for any other reason at their discretion.

Publicity
By entering, participants agree to the use of their entries, name, and likeness for promotional purposes over the 6 month period.

General
Ballarat Mazda reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time.
These terms are governed by Victorian and Australian law.

Liability
Ballarat Mazda is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or use of the prizes.
